3. User Accounts and Registration

To use Kite, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

4. Gmail Integration and Data Access

Kite integrates with Gmail through Google's official APIs. By connecting your Gmail account, you grant us permission to:

• Read and analyze your email content for categorization purposes
• Access email metadata (sender, subject, date, etc.)
• Intelligently sort and label emails within your Gmail account
• Provide insights and analytics based on your email data

We only access data necessary to provide our services and do not store email content permanently on our servers.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.
