1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Kite subscription at any time through several methods:

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your cancellation will be processed as follows:
- Immediate Processing: Your cancellation request is processed immediately
- Service Continuation: You retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period
- No Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
- Final Access Date: Service access ends at 11:59 PM on your subscription end date
3. What Happens After Cancellation
Once your subscription ends:
- Feature Access: You lose access to all premium features
- Data Retention: Your account data is retained for 90 days in case you want to reactivate
- Gmail Integration: The connection to your Gmail account is maintained but inactive
- Email Notifications: You'll receive a confirmation email about your cancellation
4. Reactivating Your Account
You can reactivate your account within 90 days of cancellation:
- Easy Reactivation: Simply log in and choose a new subscription plan

- Billing Restart: Your new billing cycle begins immediately upon reactivation
5. Partial Month Billing
Important information about billing after cancellation:
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of unused service
- Full Period Access: You maintain full access until your billing period ends
- Fair Usage: This policy ensures you receive the full value of your payment
6. Data Deletion
After the 90-day retention period:
- Automatic Deletion: All account data is permanently deleted from our servers
- Gmail Permissions: We revoke all permissions to access your Gmail account
- Irreversible Process: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
- Privacy Protection: This ensures your privacy and data security
7. Immediate Account Deletion
If you want your data deleted immediately upon cancellation:
- Request Required: Contact support to request immediate data deletion
- Confirmation Process: We'll confirm your identity before proceeding
- No Recovery: Immediate deletion cannot be undone
- Processing Time: Deletion is completed within 48 hours of your request
8. Involuntary Cancellation
